Job Description

The Quality and Operations Improvement Coordinator is responsible for leading quality improvement initiatives for Central Sterilizing Services (CSS). This position is responsible for proactively reviewing and analyzing quality data indicators to identify areas for improvement and leading the development and implementation of operational changes.

Key areas of responsibility include:
Apply Process Improvement, Quality Engineering, and Management Engineering Concepts and Methodologies
Collect and Analyze Data
Project Management
Quality Assurance and Compliance
Training/Education
Leadership/Supervision, Budget
Human Resources Administration

Qualifications

1-3 years Quality Control, Quality Improvement, Central Sterilization Processes or related healthcare experience.
Proficiency with computer software.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Salary

$36,944.00 to Commensurate
