Job Description

The Clinic Services Officer directs and supervises all clinic activities through clinic management and administrative support staff. This position is responsible for the functions of materials management; policies, procedures, and protocols; regulatory compliance; performance improvement; certification and accreditation; and staff/patient education. This position is also responsible for the supervision of the financial functions of the billing, A/R management, and collections.

Departmental Supervision: Urgent Care, Outpatient Services, Sioux Center Clinic, and Hull Clinic

Education and/or Experience: Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; or 3 to 5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
