8-hour shifts, 5:30A-2:00P or 10:30A-7P
Rotating weekends and holidays
Excellent customer service skills
Experience preparing main entrees, vegetables, salads and baked goods
Ability to meet meal schedules and properly utilize leftover foods
Knowledge of modified diets preferred
Previous experience in a hospital setting preferred
ServSafe certification preferred
